kay. so today i went out with Eric to the movies, and Iron Man JUST came out on friday. I was really excited, he was really excited, we were both really excited. so we went to go see it.

OH MY FREAKING SWEET LORDY IN HEAVEN!!!

it was AWESOME!! a lot better than i expected. Robert Downey Jr. plays Tony Stark (iron man) and he's fantastic. he really shows the depth of the character. He's funny, too. He's got a lot of snappy lines.
Jeff Bridges is the douche, and might I say he fits the part perfectly. Gwyneth Paltrow is Pepper, and i love her!! Of course, I thought she could have used a little more time and attention, but overall i think it was great.

GO see it NOW. while i work on developing a female superhero for Stan to work on. He doesn't have any, and it's really annoying. all the other female supers are irritating. and have humongous boobies. :P >__< blech.

but really, go see Ironman. It's really well done. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

and also i got my ears pierced for the very first time (and i'm almost eighteen...how sad is that?) on Saturday. ^^;

I'm actually writing a paper for my women's sutides class on women in comic books. I've been reading the origional fantastic four comic books and I just want to smack everyone. Except the thing. I just want to hug him.

as for the movie, it's awsome!!!

but my favorite hero is Spider-Man. i LOOOOVE peter parker!! :love:
and my character is named The Blue Phoenix. ;)

I have to say, I love jonny too. It's just so funny and rediculous to read the 1960s comics. It's always the commies' fault.

Ok, did you catch the Stan Lee camio in the movie?

Oh, I saw Ironman, too! I actually went and saw it Friday night with a bunch of my friends, even though I felt like crap. i thought it was hilarious!

"I want an American cheeseburger and a press conference. Cheeseburger first!"
