I saw Speed Racer this weekend!!!! It was soooooo good...it was like watching an anime...only with live people. I know it sounds weird but it was REALLY cool and funny.
Trixie was MAJORLY badass - i love her character.

Racer X, a.k.a.> my OTL (one true love) besides Shakespeare, was in TOP form. I LOVED the choice of Matthew Fox for that role. I really think he was one of the best casting choices.

Pops Racer...I like John Goodman but I think he kind of came off too strong.

Mom Racer - Susan Sarandon was fantastic. She's sooooo nice...I'd love to have her as a mom.

Spritle and Chim Chim were SOOOOOOOOO funny. I'd kill him if he were my brother, but I love those two in the movie.

Go see it.
